Martin Veselinov is a Director of Photography based in the UK.
I have a very personal relationship with every project. I like to be invovled as early as possible in pre-production, so I can see the project through from start to finish. With a wide range of experience across unscripted television, music promos and commercials, I am always looking to collaborate with the director on creating the visual language in which their story is best told. To me, light is my paintbrush and whether it's the sun or an 18k I always plan ahead in order to make the most of the resources we have. This then allows me to focus on creating an empowering and collaborative atmosphere on set both within my team and between teams which elevates everyone's work.
